HR’s value proposition as a strategic business partner stretches to include aligning HR strategy with business strategy, talent management, organizational culture and organizational capability. These key areas, as well as others, rely on HR’s ability to “consult” internally. In this workshop, participants will explore the many dimensions of the effective, internal consultant and learn steps to develop the necessary skills to position HR as an impactful and strategic internal consultant.
