Interim Search Services

From start-up companies to mature organizations, we find there are times when an Interim or fractional HR professional is required. Whether completing a training assignment, a compliance audit or temporarily filling a vacant HR Director role, Titan provides immediate, high quality, experienced resources needed to get the job done on time.   • Interim HR Management – we provide a temporary seasoned HR Manager or Director of HR while a staff member is out on leave or the position is vacant.  In some cases, if the company is not large enough to support a full-time HR management role, we can provide a person from one day to five days a week.
