Compensation

Most textbooks on pay say that organizations (public, private, and nonprofit) pay people to attract, retain, and motivate the talent needed to deliver the goods and/or services. Organizational leaders must design the rewards programs so they “speak to” the people they need to get the work done. Miscommunication – meaning the pay program does not appeal to and motivate the workforce that is needed – can doom an organization. Getting pay right is not simple.

We know from many employee surveys it is more than cash pay that attracts, retains, and motivates people. Common reasons people choose work for an employer are: defined career paths or opportunity to grow in stature, value, and pay; cash pay (the paycheck); healthcare and related “protection” benefits; upside bonus opportunity (especially true in executive and sales jobs); and flexible work arrangements.

Gallagher Titan works with clients to build and implement business aligned systems of rewards for executives, managers, staff and line employees to deliver on these important rewards programs. Our services include:

  • Strong ROI programs of bonuses, incentives, and Sales Compensation
  • Reward program audits and designs to ensure compliance with:
