Martina is a Senior Consultant in the Human Resources and Compensation Consulting group at Gallagher.  Martina has over 18 years of experience in compensation and human resources.  Martina consulted with Integrated Healthcare Strategies for over 15 years.  In that role, she worked nationwide with healthcare organizations specializing in staff and leadership compensation programs.  Each program was customized for the organization’s competitive market and culture.   Before joining Gallagher, Martina served as the Director of Compensation and Systems at Lakeland Regional Health.  There she helped manage two system upgrades, redesigned nursing pay, and aligned pay across the system post-merger with a large physician practice, among many other projects.

Martina holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a B.S. in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University.  Martina is also a former adjunct faculty member at Avila University, where she taught classes in psychology, human relations, and organizational behavior and development.
