Lisa brings over 25 years of experience in human resources and operations primarily in financial and municipality segments. She is a results-oriented certified leadership coach, training developer and facilitator with experience in leadership, team building, and professional development for Fortune 500 corporations as well as medium and small size companies.

She has demonstrated the ability to partner with all levels of the organization to create solutions that contribute to the success of both employees and the organization.  She earned her George Mason University Leadership and Executive Coaching Certification and holds an ACC accreditation from the International Coach Federation. She is certified to assess the Myers Briggs Type Indicator for the Individual, Team and Leadership and Personalysis. Lisa is also certified in the EQ-i 2.0® assessment series for individual, leadership and executive selection. Lisa currently serves on the board of the International Coach Federation, Greater Richmond Chapter as Director of Membership. She graduated from Guilford College with a B. A. in Economics and her master’s work in Adult Education was completed at VCU.
