Laura is a Principal at Gallagher Titan and comes to the field of executive coaching, organization and leadership development with more than 28 years of experience in healthcare, retailing, manufacturing, government, academic, and non-profit organizations. Strengths include executive coaching, leadership development, individual development plans, developing high-performing teams, change management, executing strategies, adult learning principles, facilitation, and curriculum and course design – aligning training to business goals.
Laura graduated with a B.S. in Management from Purdue University. She completed her M.Ed. from Virginia Commonwealth University in Adult Education and Human Resource Development. Laura also completed post baccalaureate work in Counseling from Purdue University and over 60 hours of doctoral work in Organizational Development from Virginia Commonwealth University.
