Andy is a Principal of Gallagher Titan and has over 35 years of Human Resources and compensation experience. He is a strategic total rewards professional who uses research and analysis based approaches to address human capital program problems, attract and retain talent, and drive organizational results. Andy has worked with a wide array of leaders in private industry, government, higher education and non-profit organizations.

Andy recently worked as Vice President and Director, Compensation at SAIC and Vice President of Compensation and Compliance at Booz, Allen, Hamilton, Inc. Prior to his private industry roles, Andy was a Principal and Practice Leader, Performance Measurement and Reward Practice for Mercer Consulting, a Principal and Compensation Practice Leader for Watson Wyatt and a Partner with Hay Group.
