Titan Management University
Titan Management University (TMU) offers an innovative approach to training managers in the basics of managing their areas of responsibility and providing effective direction and inspiration to their employees. The six-month curriculum (two half-day sessions per month) is aimed at behavioral change, starting with an assessment of each participant’s leadership skills followed by hands-on sessions on leadership styles, management techniques and a range of other management situations and skills.
Titan Leadership Institute
Titan Leadership Institute (TLI) is designed for more experienced managers with the goal of equipping leaders with the necessary tools for meeting and anticipating their organization’s needs today and well into the future. Participants learn alongside other managers over a 10-month curriculum (one daylong session per month). Sessions focus on helping managers apply time-tested techniques and knowledge to their own leadership challenges.
While both Titan Management University and Titan Leadership Institute provide managers with broad range of practical leadership skills, there are occasions when a stand-alone session on a specific topic is better suited for focusing on one or more particular areas or skill sets, such as interviewing skills, managing a diverse workforce or creating a framework for leadership.
Executive Coaching is designed to help develop managers who have demonstrated the potential to become senior leaders. Titan coaches provide a personalized assessment of the manager’s skills and develop one-on-one sessions created to help the manager reach his or her full potential. Conducted over a three- to 12-month period, executive coaching not only improves the manager’s individual performance but that of the broader organization.
