What about this one – connect younger staffers with executives by having the Gen Xers mentor the executives in optimizing technology and social media. It’s a win-win – the Millenials get exposure to senior leaders and the executives learn more about new ways:
- to create community;
- to increase their productivity;
- to discover options to enhance their on-line presence and messaging.
