The Titan Group, a Richmond area Consulting Firm, is searching for a Compensation Consultant to assist with its growing compensation and executive compensation practice. This new position will be responsible for assisting consultants and partners on a variety of client compensation projects. Duties will include developing and updating client compensation programs, job market pricing, salary survey development and analysis and other related projects and activities.
We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in compensation administration and program development. Successful candidates will have exposure to several industries, knowledge of compensation tools, laws and concepts and demonstrated experience in same. CCP certification is desired but not required.
