Compensation Surveys

Titan Group provides custom compensation surveys, conducted on either local or regional levels, to ensure that the client is providing competitive pay for key jobs. We work with Chambers of Commerce and Trade Associations to provide a valued benefit for their members.

Titan has sponsored the only Richmond-based compensation survey since 2001 and is currently the provider for the annual VaSHHRA Healthcare Jobs Compensation Survey and the 2009 Roanoke Regional Compensation Survey. The 2011 Greater Richmond Compensation survey is now available for purchase.
