Alison is a Principal of the Titan Group and has 27 years of Human Resources experience serving as either internal or external consultant in a wide array of public, non-profit and private sector organizations including: transportation, behavioral health, retail, banking, higher education, and utilities.

Alison’s client work focuses in a number of areas where her strong analytical, execution and technical skills can best be put to use, including organizational assessment and development, change management, human resources strategy, compensation management, and performance management and assessment.
