Charlotte has been in the Human Resources field for nearly 20 years. With vast experience ranging from overseeing HR for a large division of a large, publicly held international company to working with small, private employers across numerous industries, Charlotte is uniquely qualified to bring forward-thinking human resources solutions to today’s small business owner.
Born and raised in Richmond, Charlotte and her husband, who was also her high school sweetheart, remain in the area. Their lives are fulfilled by their son, and their warm, full home is rounded out by their Golden Retrievers and cats.
