Jeff Smith, Titan Regional Manager and Senior Consultant, recently achieved the PCC designation by the The International Coach Federation (ICF) whichs offers the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program. More than 5,100 coaches have earned one of three offered ICF Credentials since the program began over a decade ago.
